VITAMINS

In any medical text book vitamins are defined as follows. A number of unrelated organic substances that occur in many foods in small amounts and that are necessary for the normal metabolic functioning of the body, A body defficent in any one of these substances is subcebtible to any number of conditions or disease.After reading this ask yourself this question. Do you on a daily bases consume your recommended daily allowence of all of the essential vitamins? The answer is no.
