MIGRANE HEADACHES

As a child I grew up watching my mother suffering from migrane headaches that were severe. I remember the blue mask with gel in it she would wear and laying in the bed sometimes for days with all the blinds closed to keep ll the light out of the room. We all felt helpless. My mother was told not to go to a Chiropractor and suffered for years. Finally, she decided to give it a try. So I know how debilitating these can become. 

I am now 48 years old so this was some time ago. Lets fast forward to 2003. Did you know that a major Study was completed a Duke University with headaches?
