MENSTRUAL CRAMPS AND ANEMIA.  I want to tell you a true story about Ruth who is 42 years old typical female and for the last 20 years she has suffered with Menstraul Cramps and PMS. I was introduced to Dr. Nick early Jan. 2008 through a mutual friend.  I was taken back by the vast amount of knowledge he possessed and how he could literally give you an answer to any ailment that you could mention and tell you what book, medical journal or dictionary it came out of,  what page number it was on. Throughout our conversation Dr. Nick also casually probed me on various health issues I was currently facing and a couple of the issues that seemed to really get his attention was the comment I made about being high strung and not sleeping well. 

To make a long story short I’ve always been high strung, had a hard time focusing and did not sleep well. For going on 16 plus years now I’ve had to take some type of sleeping medication to get to sleep.  I’ve even gotten up in the middle of the night and gone to the store to get them when I’ve run out and tried to go without.  Not to mention  even with doing that I still would get up 1 to 3 times a night to use the rest room ect.  This is something I have learned to deal with and figured it was just the way I was wired.
